Description
Why Chat bots?
Nowadays, it is quite evident that chatbots have firmly established themselves in the business world. As brands focus on promoting personalized experiences, more and more intelligent chatbots are being created to engage users and enhance brand value.
We have all witnessed how AI has rapidly acquired and improved many aspects of human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and language translation. With this significant growth in artificial intelligence, chatbots are helping us find products, places, food, and even solving customer service issues. Chatbots using natural language programming (NLP) can convince you that they are humans and not robots this time.
Using automation with bots, companies have reduced their prices to the user, but they have also benefited more by setting a high cost in the first place. It is often said that finding a live, intelligent chatbot is a rare occurrence. When we come up with the idea of a chatbot, we know for sure that it is not a real person. What we do know is that a chatbot brings a human touch to our experience. For this to become a reality, at least for a couple of minutes, chatbots must be properly presented, as in Facebook Messenger.
Signs of a good intelligent chat bot
We have listed a few traits of a good intelligent bot that a chatbot should have to stand out from the pile of numerous chatbots that exist today:
• Predictive nature
A chatbot should always lead the conversation in a positive direction. It should consider suggestions for customers. For example, actions that will help the customer discover additional features of the bot.
• Human approach
A chatbot should be human in every sense. Like humans, it should understand where to pause after a question, as humans usually pause and think before answering a question. This will make the user feel like they are communicating with a human rather than just a robot.
• The ability to feel
The chatbot should be able to feel environmental factors such as time, climate, etc., or where it is. For example, summer or winter, what to eat on a sunny day, or what to avoid.
• Simple and interactive conversations
Conversations with the bot should be short and straightforward. Users will be using the bots from their mobile phones, and they will have very little screen space to view.
• The personality of the chatbot
We all expect bots to give us direct and clear answers. As humans, we interact well with people we know, so our chatbot should have a personality. So, we need to decide who our chatbot is and what personality and actions go with it
